Payment
Since all of our products are custom and sometimes made to order, refunds and returns are not accepted. If your product arrives to you melted, damaged or broken, please contact us with photos and we will ship you a replacement.

Shipping
We ship on M and W.
Please triple check your delivery address.
Every order will recieve a tracking number when processing. Keep eyes on your tracking, we do not always ship as soon as you get a tracking number.

If there is a delay past the 2-6 business day processing time we will contact you directly.
Stock
Our stock room consists of small batches only. We take pride in being a maker, not manufacturer.

General time from order to delivery is 2-6 business days depending on the product. Please leave us a note if it is an urgent order.
